Zahabia is a senior Biology major on the pre-medical track from Katy, Texas. She conducts research in the Dominica Family Health Lab under Dr. Mark Flinn. Outside of academics, she likes to read, cross-stitch, and occasionally play tennis. Kaitlyn is a junior Neuroscience major on the pre-MD/PhD track, a McNair Scholar, and a recipient of the Jim H. Patton Award. Outside of MEDS, she serves as an undergraduate research assistant for the Nguyen Lab, as a peer leader for the New Student Experience in Psychology and Neuroscience, as President and Co-Founder of the Neuroscience Journal Club, and as a Supplemental Instructor for the Introduction to Neuroscience course. |

Amaya is a junior Biology major on the pre-med track with a minor in Medical Humanities from Cypress, TX. Outside of MEDS, she volunteers at Ascension hospital. She loves watching horror movies, reading, and video games. |

Sophia is a junior University Scholars major concentrating in biochemistry, neuroscience, and bioethics on the pre-medical track. She is a member of the Nguyen Neuroscience of Addiction research lab and also serves on leadership with the Honors Residential College, as a member of AED’s networking committee, and as chaplain for BRH choir. In her free time, Sophia loves playing Bananagrams, getting coffee with friends, and running on the Bear Trail. |

Neva is a Science Research Fellow and Neuroscience double major with a Medical Humanities minor on the pre-medical track. She will serve as the Medical Ethics Discussion Society’s secretary for the 2025–2026 school year, marking her third year in the club and to lead on the MEDS executive board. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring Waco’s farmers market, and cheering on Baylor’s sports teams. Sri is junior Neuroscience major on the pre-physical therapy track. She has been a member of MEDS since her freshman year, even serving on the discussions committee during her sophomore year. Apart from MEDS, Sri is involved in the Medical Anthropology Society as the public affairs director, SPOTA, and the Office of Student Activities. She enjoys watching TV shows, dancing, and shadowing at various PT clinics during her spare time. |

Kaleigh is a senior from Valrico, Florida majoring in Neuroscience. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as an oncologist. Outside of her involvement with MEDS, Kaleigh is an emergency department scribe at Baylor Scott & White, serves as the lead PI in the Interventions in Dementia lab, and is a learning assistant for Genetics. When she isn't in Moody or the BSB studying, she loves drawing, listening to horror stories, and trying out different cafés! |

Zach is a senior Neuroscience major with a Biochemistry minor. He is from Washington state, and outside of school, he enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and trying new foods. Zach was or is currently involved on-campus as a Waco Hall Ticket Agent and Supplemental Instructor, as a Peer Leader for the Psychology and Neuroscience New Student Experience course, as a volunteer for Ascension Providence Hospital. Off-campus, he works at The Blake and Ascension Providence Hospital. Alexander is a Neuroscience major on the pre-medical track looking forward to applying to medical school next year. He is from Phoenix, Arizona and has lived there for the past 8 years. His hobbies consist of playing video games, going to concerts and playing chess. |
