Kaitlyn is a senior Neuroscience major with a Biochemistry minor in Departmental Honors pursuing a career as a MD-PhD physician-scientist. She is a Ronald E. McNair Scholar, a Provost's Scholar, and received the Jim H. Patton Award, Traci Cook Memorial Scholarship, an Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Achievement Research Grant, a Nu Rho Psi Research Grant, and the G. Andrew Mickley Undergraduate Research Award. She is an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Dr. Jacques Nguyen's Neuroscience of Addiction Lab, a Student Ambassador for the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, and a Supplemental Instructor for NSC 1306. She conducted research as an Amgen Scholar in Dr. Miriam Goodman's lab at Stanford University, was a Baylor University Medical Practicum Program Scholar, and served as a Peer Leader for the New Student Experience in Psychology and Neuroscience. Kaitlyn enjoys listening to music, reading, journaling, and re-watching her favorite movies and TV shows. Oliver is a sophomore University Scholars major on the Pre-Medical track with concentrations in Cell and Molecular Biology, Medical Humanities, and Piano Performance. He is a Vardaman Scholar and serves on the Spiritual Life Committee in the Honors Residential College. In his free time, he enjoys playing ping pong, running, and cooking. |

Aaron is a senior Biochemistry major on the Pre-Medical track. Outside of MEDS, Aaron is a middle school mentor in the Woodway area, and when home in North Carolina, he works for the North Carolina Medical Examiner Toxicology Department. In his free time, Aaron loves discovering new music to listen to and finding new food spots in Waco. |

Aaron is a senior Biology major and Chemistry minor on the Pre-Medical track. He is an undergraduate researcher in the Kane Lab, a CHE 3331 Supplemental Instructor, and a BIO 2306 Learning Assistant. On the weekends, he enjoys volunteering in hospitals and hospice care. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, and playing games. |

Neva is a senior Science Research Fellow and Neuroscience major with a Medical Humanities minor. She has been a MEDS member since her freshman year at Baylor and is excited to contribute to the organization as the Secretary. Apart from MEDS, Neva is the New Member Educator for Alpha Epsilon Delta and currently holds a student job in the Bill Daniel Student Union Building. She hopes to go to medical school in the future and eventually work in low-socioeconomic areas in north Texas. William is a sophomore Chemistry major in the Honors Program on the Pre-Medical track from San Angelo, Texas. In addition to MEDS, William is a research assistant in Dr. Julia Chan's Quantum Synthetic Chemistry Lab, a 2026 MN UPS+ Summer Pathway Scholar through the Mayo Clinic, a research assistant to Dr. Ralph Zehnder at Angelo State University. He is a Vardaman Scholar, a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED) at Baylor, and a mentor through the Baylor Undergraduate Research in Science and Technology (BURST) Mentorship Program. In his free time, William enjoys playing the guitar, walking around campus, watching movies with friends, and country dancing. |

Peyton is a sophomore Neuroscience major in the Honors Program. He is pursuing an MD/PhD, living a life of discovery and charity founded on the truth and love of Christ. He is a Pathfinders Program Spring 2026 cohort graduate and works in Dr. James Orengo’s lab at Baylor College of Medicine via the Summer Undergraduate Research Training (SMART) Program. Outside of academia, he pursues clarity on truth through exploring theology and engaging in cross-denominational conversations in the Christian faith. |

Kamea is a sophomore Biology major on the Pre-Medical track. Outside of MEDS, she is committed to volunteering with BearAid and being an active member in Baylor’s Dermatology Interest Association. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, being outdoors, and giving back to her community. Gillian Haro is a sophomore Medical Humanities major from Wilmette, IL. Outside of MEDS, Gillian is a Vardaman Scholar. In her free time she likes to go thrifting, work with animals, and go on walks. |

Eric is a senior Health Science Studies major with a Biochemistry minor on the Pre-Medical Track. He is in the Honors Program and is a recipient of the Carr P. Collins Scholarship. He is on the Supplemental Instruction Administrative Team, an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Dr. Jacques Nguyen's Neuroscience of Addiction Lab, and a Learning Assistant. He conducted research in the Wang Lab which studies biomedical sciences at The University of Texas at Austin through the TCC Summer Internship Program and is a former Baylor University Medical Practicum Program Scholar. He is the Mission Trip Co-Chair for Alpha Epsilon Delta, Chaplain for Mu Phi Epsilon, and Vice President and Co-Founder of the Bloom2Bite nonprofit organization. In his free time, Eric loves skiing, exercising, and going for drives. |
